The small library of leaflets, application forms and policy notes the trust keeps on its kitchen shelf. All free; all bilingual where it matters; all available by post on request.
None of these documents will tell you anything we have not already said elsewhere on the website; they are simply the same information in a form you can hold, print, or pass on to a neighbour. If you would rather a printed copy by post, write to [email protected] and we will send one with our compliments.

Six printed copies of every form, two of every policy. The forms are reprinted each January.
The form itself.
One side of A4, bilingual, eleven short lines. We help anyone who would rather we filled it in for them.

The village stationer at Llanberis prints our forms and the annual report; we use no other printer.
Filling in a form, line by line.
All three application forms are one side of A4 and bilingual. The eleven lines, in order, are: name; address; phone (optional); email (optional); the programme you are applying under (we will move it ourselves if you have ticked the wrong one); the amount you are asking for; what you would use it for (two or three lines); when you would need it by; whether anyone else has been asked for help with the same request; your signature; the date. There is no question we will not ask in person at the kitchen table to help you fill it in.

There is no charge; the postage comes out of our small reserves budget. We have, on occasion, sent a complete set to a village family member who had moved to Cardiff and asked for the lot.
