All trustee surgeries are held in the side room of Deiniolen Memorial Hall. No appointment is needed; tea and bara brith are provided. The carol service is held at Capel Bethel each December.

Bore Coffi · Spring coffee morning.
Open trustee surgery and applications afternoon. Bring a half-page note about a project, or just come for a cup of tea. Refreshments by the Sunday school.

A short bilingual community walk from the village down to the lake, with the new fingerpost we funded in 2025. Walking pace; about three miles. Children welcome.

None of the trust’s events is ticketed; none requires a registration to attend; all are run by volunteers from the village. The notes below describe what, in practice, happens on each kind of day.
The spring coffee morning.
About forty villagers; one urn; one round of bara brith from the Sunday school; one small queue at the trustee table.

The summer walk.
Three miles, walking pace, children welcome. We meet at the Memorial Hall and come back the same way.
